Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
